Blackbutterfly Poetry & Art

I feel the earth as it moves...its vibrations under my feet.  I feel the wind when it shifts...my breath is now complete.

I taste the flowers...their sweet nectar remains for hours.  I gather my wings as I flow graciously to greet morning’s misty showers.

After the rain, I sustain the freshness of a new day.  The sunlight and rainbows make me flutter , so awed am I by their infinite glow.

I sail on toward golden horizons and astonishing mountain peaks...basking in their splendor and wonder.  I see rivers as jewels and valleys as clover.

I am drawn to streams as they glisten, and cling to the steady rocks.  I am at peace with the beauty I see...and LOVE has made ME.
